Polymnia is a chamber choir of sixteen voices which rehearses in Olney, Bucks and performs in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The choir was formed in 2006, and is named after the Greek muse of sacred song. We perform a wide variety of music to a high standard, under the musical direction of John Byron. A demo CD is available for £5: please email us for details. Or hear us on the BBC Radio 4 website - just click on Olney.

Polymnia is seeking to expand its membership in all voices except sopranos. If you are a competent singer with excellent sight-reading skills, and would be interested in joining us, please email us or phone John on 01908 261903.

Polymnia is affiliated to Making Music and many of the choir are also members of the Danesborough Chorus.
